Features and Benefits:

• QCMPP provides complete maintenance coverage as recommended in the vehicle's Scheduled Maintenance Guide. Customers may choose between the normal (every 5,000 miles) and optional (every 3,000 miles) maintenance schedules.
• Coverage begins with the original in-service date (warranty start date) and zero miles. You can only purchase QCMPP for your vehicle before 12 months/12,000 miles of the warranty start date and zero miles, whichever occurs first.
• QCMPP can be purchased as a stand-alone plan or purchased with any new ESP plan by Ford Motor Company.
• Covers 6 wear items -- spark plugs (except in California), shock absorbers, clutch disc, engine belts and hoses, brake pads and linings, wiper blades.
• For 2002 plan year, coverage available for compressed natural gas/liquid propane equipped vehicles.
• Deductible -- $0.
• Covers normal or optional scheduled maintenance items, as outlined in the Scheduled Maintenance Guide.
• Cancelable -- Yes.
• Transfer fee -- $50 (transfer fees may vary according to state. Refer to the ESP Operating Guide for complete details).
• First-day rental option available -- Up to $28 per day for up to 2 days for Ford and Mercury; up to $35 per day for Lincoln.
• Service locations -- United States and Canada.
• Payment plan -- Convenient interest-free alternative payment plans are available.
• Financing -- May be included in finance contract in most cases.
